Just the melting of a Manhattan sized chunk of Antartica is calculated to raise sea levels by ten feet. Kansas farmers know the weather changes from day to day. But it also changes over history, and it’s a fact that most of Florida was under water long ago. So, not to worry. What seems to bother people the most is the inconvenience of adapting to change. With luck we won’t have to deal with survival. Having a few Cassandras like Aura among us is helpful as an early warning sign though.
